Paul,
You have a sectorial chimera so offsets from the green portion will continue to be green and the offsets from the red portion red. Such chimeras are difficult to propagate and only the rare offset that forms along the junction of red and green might stay sectorial.
I would separate out the green portions to keep your clone pure.
