I see your headache, though. If you look at the Jack's website it says to see the injector instructions. If you look at the Ortho website, it says to look at the solution's instructions.
I see on the website, they have instructions for creating the desired concentrated solution for a gallon (divide by 4 for 32oz, or just make a gallon and use what you want when you need it)
Is that English? I guess what I would do is start in the middle. I'd put in 5.4 oz of the dry fertilizer with a gallon of water. (about 1.5 oz for 32 oz, if that's all you want to mix). Set the Ortho at 1:100 setting, and see how things turn out. Seems like that might add enoughu fertilizer to be noticed, but not maxing it out so you risk burning anything. That's where I'd start. And then I'd add more the next time if I thought the results weren't as good as you were hoping.
