All four Singapore white cuttings survived but they were stunted and refused to bloom since I got them from a friend but did not plant right away so they were dehydrated cuttings in Dec 2012! The tallest one is only 4 feet tall and it bloomed just once. Tried to bloom couple times winter time and the frost got it. Now it bloomed again!

Their tip got frost several times but they survived!
