I need to read/catch up with this great thread, but had a few quick questions for @Miamiu .

When did you sow the seed?
You should be seeing at least some germination after a week or so.

What is your "seed kit"?
Does it have a clear dome on it?
Is it in the direct sun outside?

If so, the temperatures could have gotten so hot inside the dome that it could have cooked the seeds. You have to be careful with domes outside because they collect radiant heat. They really need to be vented and out of direct sun or temps can quickly skyrocket.
