I've blanched, dried and ground it. Well, "blanching" in this case was about 30-45 minutes or so and not your usual "a few minutes in boiling water". So I suppose it was somewhat boiled.

I've heard turmeric touted to treat a lot of things. I just take it in capsules because it is so good for you. I take a lot of things for that reason. Whistling
I garden for the pollinators.
