I've read lots of articles and studies concerning the health benefits of turmeric. There are almost too many to name. I did find this, a sort of synopsis of those studies:

I've seen nothing negative about the use of turmeric as a supplement, either in foods or in capsule form, but I do see evidence of a lot of benefits.
