Sedum morganianum is such a wonderful plant. There is some confusion on the two types found. One has shorter, rounder leaves and may be a subspecies of S. morganianum.
Many times it is called S. burrito.
This one was labeled as Sedum Hybrid 'Donkey Tail Burrito'
