I'm detecting a real wise as mean streak in someone's personality...

But to address the question, it's still not our "normal" time to plant tender stuff around here. Mother's Day, or around May 15, is the rule of thumb. But we do and have had frosts until late May. Uncommon, but it happens. We have nights in the 40s a few days from now. I planted the impatiens today, which I might regret later.

And, I haven't been home a lot of days, tending to family issues.
And, it's spring, complete with storms. My clay soil is WET.
And, I spread compost 2 days ago, pulled a muscle in my back. Sometime I'll elaborate on how I feel about aging.

Karen
