Well, I don;t think this is a verrucosum of any type. Even juvenile leaves of verrucosum (no matter standard form, mini, cobra, etc etc etc) have the hallmark pattern. They are also vining climbers, and this plant does not look like a climber. This is what a verrucosum should look like at any stage of growth. Also, the leaf form of your plant is totally off for verrucosum. Its too thin and lanceate. It should be more cordate.

I am not trying to cast aspersions on your seller. I am just being honest here. Many many people have jumped on the 'importing' bandwagon. They are doing it to make a quick buck. I know a few importers here where I live. They get boxes of plants from Indonesia and Borneo all the time filled with unlabeled/mislabeled plants. I think your plant was mislabeled.

I do not know what it is, but I really do not think its a verrucosum of any kind. You might wait and see if it changes morphologically, in its leaf patterning, but I really do not believe it will.
