I planted three Arisaema speciosum 'Himalayan Giant' tubers in ground in 2010. Two together and the 3rd elsewhere in the yard. All in mostly shade. The two I planted together bloomed in '10 and last year. The 3rd never sent up any green that I noticed and I wrote it off. This is what I found this afternoon.
Thumb of 2012-05-06/eclayne/94cacb This is a bed I planted last year with Xanthosoma although not in this spot. Am I unobservant or were the offsets just growing away all along?
Evan
