Somebody gave me multiblue clematis seeds from her dear MIL's house down South somewhere and Ihaven't planted them yet. I also took some of the seeds off my Dr. Ruppel to plant this year..I've heard it takes years to grow by seeds but if I get something that is as beautiful as my Dr. Ruppel and your clematis vines..It's worth the long wait! Do you know the name of your variety and what prunning # is it?
