Great looking and sounding salads, Sean and Margaret, nice meal for high temperature days.

AG, Grilled cheese and tomato soup, another classic and so good. I tend to like soups when the weather is cooler, warms you so nice on the inside. Your pork cutlets look appetizing too.

Karen, you can make some nice wine reduction sauces with a sweeter white wine. I add fresh lemon juice as well to cut the sweetness. A bit of butter, some dill weed (or any seasoning you prefer), and garlic works really well on fish and chicken.

Try drinking it with a twist of lemon, it may help. Or make a "High Fi" Wine, ice and white soda. Of course that will be sweet.
Politicians are like diapers, they need to be changed often, and for the same reason.
