Hi everyone,

I have developed a new love and respect for hostas lately after discovering how beautifully the 2 I had have become as they've grown over the past few years, then discovering how many different kinds there are!

So in my excitement, I purchased quite a few this season- one of which (Stained Glass) has recently presented with numerous green spots on several of the lower leaves. Is this hvx?!
I certainly hope not, because it is beautiful and has grown so much and seems otherwise happy (even despite the holes from the numerous slugs and bugs who also evidently love it). Could this possibly be from sun exposure, a nutrient deficiency, normal coloring or something (anything) else that is less devastating? I would just hate to kill it, if needlessly.

Any ideas? I've been trying to do my research and am so impressed by the collections and knowledge so many of you have here.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts or advice you can share!
