I don't know your sister; but I'm sure I'd rather have the toad as my neighbor. Toads cause no harm; evidently the same can't be said for your sister.
Please understand, and help her understand, that we shouldn't be waging war on every creature that might wander into or out of a garden. As every gardener has said, toads are really beneficial.
I find myself most amusing.
