Dave, having people manually remove plants that are no longer available was a problem at the other site. There will inevitably be people who create list then don't maintain them. Many time I have requested plants that had not been available for quit some time. Perhaps one way to help with this problem would be for an automated system message to be sent to everyone with plants set for trade or sale, to remind them to clean up their list. Set the message to be sent out periodically, like the 1st of every month with a message like. "You currently have plants listed for sale or trade. Please take a moment to check your list and remove any that are no longer available."
