I am very aware of that problem, Jay, and I'm giving it a lot of thought.

Your idea to contact the person is a good one.

Additionally, I am storing the date and time of every change made to your item list, and I can use that timestamp to make decisions in the software about the freshness of your list.

So, if you have a stale list (6 months old, perhaps) then I can decrease its priority in the publicly viewable area. It would appear at the bottom, with a note of caution letting you know that it's old and might not be accurate anymore.
