I have had the same problem trying to give away excess plants as you did trying to sell the seeds. So sad to watch them get ruined by cold weather. I'm not a store, so I can understand if people don't notice or feel like the offer is risky or sketchy. Over the years, I've had all kinds of things sent to me that were supposed to be this kind of seed, or that kind of seed, and about half the time, well-meaning but uninformed gardeners have sent leaves or unripe seed pods, or wrapped them in plastic so I received a mushy mess, so I hadn't looked for a more personal source.
What I was looking for and didn't find was any established retailer in the US, like Baker Creek or other similar company with Adenium seeds. Many, if not most of the seeds these places sell are not US natives. It doesn't make sense that no companies are harvesting these seeds for commercial purposes in the US, but if they are, they need someone else working on their website so people can find them. Not because I have something against products from outside the US, but because I wanted to buy them from an outfit shipping from inside US because of the customs thing, exceptional length of time it can take to receive packages from other countries, and total lack of recourse if they don't send anything at all.
