The first one is called a Gollum jade.
The second one is likely a regular jade plant, Crassula Ovata
The third one due to the colors could be Hummel's Sunset. If you haven't noticed yet, if jade's get a whole bunch of sun, they start turning red at the tips, but Hummel's Sunset gets a lot redder. If they are getting the same amount of sun, it might be Hummel's Sunset.

The one that has fallen over probably is having some root issues, but if you leave it staked up, it should be fine after a while. Maybe cut the tip off it again. It will make it weigh less and it will make it grow bushier, both are good ways to keep it growing straight.
