Lovely crassulas you have there! As Irrelephant suggested check the roots, my jade plants do not bend over unless I have just transplanted them, then I put a stake on them till the roots recharge to anchor themselves or grow new roots.
First one is Crassula ovata 'Gollum' ; 2nd one is Crassula argentea or these days they also use Crassula ovata..

The jade plant has lovely blooms!! I hope you get to see them bloom! My jade plant bloomed in Feb2011, funny thing though only on one branch Rolling my eyes.
