How do you freeze your cilantro?
Take off stems, chop roughly in food processor (if there is a lot) or on cutting board, spread thinly on parchment paper, fold or roll and seal in plastic bag. I used to just plop the lot into a bag, but after a couple of defrostings, it would freeze in a clump. (Lately, my freezer bags are more likely to be those metallic bags that diabetic sugar substitute and overpriced veggie foods come in: they're sturdy, washable, the zip-top relocks for quite a long time and they lie flat. I freeze slices of bread in them, too. )
