Pippi, we get such fierce wind here. I always use 2 bricks in those containers to keep them put in wind, then put the jugs in the containers. Otherwise, they blow away. Been there, done that. I've had them blow away with 6 or 8 jugs in them plus a brick. So now, I use 2 bricks.
Another thing that works well is the top half of our old dog cage. It's huge. It holds something like 25 jugs and has never blown away.
