Hi tempsempy, and welcome to NGA's Sempervivum forum. A quick question, is the other end of the bed in some shade, protected from the sun?
@JungleShadows Kevin, does this look like the beginning of rot? Did you ever have this happen when you live in Massachusetts?
I see she is getting into some sun and heat after lots of rain.
