Are those (circled) extrafloral nectaries. ?
If yes, those paired gland on petioles are common in Passiflora. The palmatisect leaves reminds me of Passiflora caerulea, most of time their leaves are not divided right through to the petioles, but some times they do. It could also be other kind of Passiflora sp though.
