FL begonia in your post #2525069 looks very much like B. odorata. It is very often grown in landscaping especially in So FL.
I took some cuttings on the pool deck to grow on the balcony in hopes of a slight smell that it has. When planted in massive borders it actually smells enough to notice. It grows thru winter months too and blooms not stop. Very fleshy leaves. Mine is beginning to bloom.
