GigiPlumeria said:@wildbloomers how do you root your cuttings using perlite? Do you mix other media? I tried with perlite and soil and mine rotted.

Just perlite. Thicker (older) cuttings work best. Clean cut, dip in rooting powder. I cut the top off a clear 16 oz water bottle, fill it about half way with perlite and fill bottle to within a half inch of the top of the perlite. Then place cutting on the perlite and fill the bottle with enough perlite to hold the cutting upright. If it's a tip cutting cut off all the leaves except the top two. If a lower cutting, cut the leaves in half. Bright light but not full sun. Hopefully the cutting will root (you may see them through the plastic) or it will put out new leaves.
Be kind, we all struggle sometimes.
