I saw our Dwarf 'Peter Pan' Agapanthus starting to show her buds. I have 2 containers of these, but so far only this container is growing her nice leafy blades and buds, the other one is having some growth issues..growing curly leaves and have not seen any buds yet, usually they both start at the same time:
