I've posted this before somewhere but here's the tuna casserole basically.
1 bag of large elbow noodles
1 bag of cheddar cheese (I assume a regular 16oz or whatever but we always have a big bag since we use alot in other dishes)
2 cans of tuna in oil (can do in water but lose the extra flavor)
1 box of cheez its
1 13x9 pan
Preheat oven to 350. Spray pan with cooking spray or rub down with oil so noodles don't stick.
Cook the noodles like you normally would, drain, then dump into pan. Drain the oil off the oil then fork it in with the noodles in the pan. Fork in the cheese then cover the top with cheese. Be generous with the cheese.
Crush Cheez its then sprinkle them on top of the cheese. It should all be heaping a bit over the pan but not too much. Put it in oven then cook for about 15 min or until cheese is bubbly and cheez its have a nice brown tint to them.
That's pretty much it. I feel like I'm forgetting something but nothing coming to me so calling it good.
