Some species open in the evening, flower all night and are done at least at noon the next day (e. g. H.citrina , H. altissimas and H. lilioasphodelus syn. flava) - therefore it's difficult to take pictures of H. citrina later in the morning.
I've heard of cultivars that inherited this trait - maybe some of my seedlings can do this too but they are in the seedlings garden five minutes walk from our garden and I have never been there in the evening.
Today there was no time to take pictures - hours were used for culling 3 seedling beds (still 2 left) - maybe tomorrow I will be finished). The weather forecast says rainy and cold next week so I do my best to finish this work as soon as possible.
