I put my bulb order in this afternoon[with an Australian company] heading in the same direction as Van Bortignon..I included my complaints from recent to last season, and they credited me $86 off this order, + no delivery fee + no 'Q' fee,.,.My order was still $180,., but you can see where this company is going[after 27? years]
