At the moment it is quite cold here in our part of the planet - only 50°F at night and 65°F max with overcast sky or rain showers. Not really daylily weather - rather suitable for Halloween?
Some seedlings don't care:
Claudine's Charm x Marchioness - flowers since 10th of July
Showlight VT (Olallie, not registered) x Ruffled Strawberry Parfait - 2 siblings
Older seedling, lost tag - very late, large flowers on high scapes
Not as dark as usual, but still buds and quite good opened flowers
Not as ruffled as usual, but still beautiful large flowers
Better than ever - both started a few days ago
The weather forecast says: it will be getting colder and wetter the next days - maybe at the beginning of September I will be able to take some better pictures; buds are not the problem this year - but the summer started one month too late and endet one month too early.
