When I was in Colorado (high country desert) I bought it at a nursery. There it was not invasive either. Neither was Japanese Honeysuckle. Total opposite here in Virginia. When I moved here I went to a nursery and asked them if they sold it. They laughed at me! When they stopped laughing they explained how it grows here in Virginia.
