I have used neem oil .
It has to be used mixed with soap and Luke warm water especially in the evenings . If you use in the daytime it may burn the leaves .
Neem oil -1tsp
Handwash- few drops
Luke warm water - 1 litre
Mix everything vigorously and spray on the plants ,under side of the leaves as well.
I had some mites problem with Jasmine , I used this and got rid of them .
