Thanks kaktus for clarifying, will do it . How long you keep them in Orange rectangle?
may be need to change the place of the seedlings as sun may be moving .

No need to change the location except for the 30 minutes sun bathing, the 50cm is the closest, maybe in the morning is 1m away, afternoon maybe 90 cm, the purpose is to prevent overheat, as the plant grow bigger and stronger, then we can let them access to more and more sunlight until we can put them into the permanent location that we want to keep them, I do not know when to move them, all by feeling, if I feel that they have grown stronger and can access to more sunlight, then I move them, just make sure that you move them gradually and monitor closely in the first 2 to 3 days after the moving, if you see that the leaves started to withered, then it means they are not ready for the additional sunlight, move them back to their previous location..

Additional info: sometimes the slow growth rate doesn't mean that you did anything wrong, it is the species that grow slow..this is the real example of how 1 month old seedling grow taller than 1.5 yrs old seedling, the 1.5 yrs seedling is a white color Adenium, slow grower, and possibly wrong media being used.
