The chicken paprikash was a success! I love it, and will make it again I'm sure. It will be fun to experiment with some other ingredients this winter. I may have put more sour cream in it then I should have, but since I made such a small batch I was winging it. It was nice and red before the sour cream was added. It sure tasted good though. Broccoli was a good complement to it as well. Sipped some Riesling too.
