Since my DIL asked about pot pie recipe,
and Sally mentioned about getting filling right,
I scrolled back to the first week of Chow Time 2021,
I found the pot pie recipe link posted by
@Iciris.
This recipe sounds similar to my home made one.
I'm glad to have an official recipe.
I haven't used this recipe.
When I looked back at the link,
the comments seem to have good ideas!
We don't use a bottom crust.
I'm sure the pie crust, biscuits, or crescent roll dough
all make a great top crust!
A quick review of our New Year messages was interesting!
