Thanks pard. It bloomed so early I just about missed it. It's a shorter lily too. It was bred by Fred Tarlton and named for his granddaughter. The story behind some of the names is nice too. It gives you a bit of a connection to the lily, the hybridizer and really makes it more memorable for me. Names have always intrigued me. I'd love it I ever had something I bred worthy of naming. One day, hopefully.

And yes, I love the older varieties. Some very special ones.
