Thanks Sue, I just submitted the proposal ... I posted here because I'm old and I'd forgotten that we could propose moving someone else's photo.
I just checked and it looks like member rockelfraser joined garden.org a couple of months ago but has not posted on any forums; their only contribution to the site appears to be the uploading of this single image to the database.
