Sources... all of the above, LOL! You can usually find both the silver metallic sharpies and the industrial black sharpies (super-permanent) at office supply stores, and I've also ordered them from Amazon.
I do re-mark pots -- usually by crossing out one name and writing the new one, LOL. I suppose I could go over the silver sharpie with a big black sharpie marker, but I'm not necessarily that neat with my labeling.
