We remain on the mild side for another day, then it's the cold, but then relief. See-saw weather.
Tonight was a riff on Vietnamese-style porkchops (a NY Times recipe). It's basically a lemon grass, garlic, honey, oil, soy marinade. Roasted cubed potatoes and Brussel sprouts with blistered tomatoes on the side. We both enjoyed it. Farm House Red.
