Tonight I roasted a chicken thigh and leg on a bed of potatoes, carrots and onions, all seasoned with rosemary and garlic. It was very good. I shared some of the chicken with my dear Lylah as it was quite a large portion. Of course Riesling was the accompanying wine. I didn't share that with her though.
