Do you ice fish, Johannian? Winters here have been so mild lately that I probably haven't gone more than 3 times in the past 4-5 years. I won't go until the ice is 6" thick. I bought a floatation jacket years ago and have only worn it twice.
An older guy at work used to say we ice fishermen were a bunch of "ice holes". At least, I think he was saying "ice". LOL
