Wow ... that's really a Beauty!! It looks a lot like my Medinilla cummingii: Chandelier Tree (Medinilla cumingii)

I bought my plant in 2008 (at Wal-Mart!) and I wish that I'd bought more than just one because I haven't seen it for sale around here since!

I couldn't find a listing or any information anywhere for Medinilla fruticosa. The latin translation of the word fruticosa is "shrubby" or "bushy" and I wonder if your plant is actually M. cummingii?

There are a few Medinilla's listings in the database, but no fruticosa :
