Trout tastes really good, it's my favorite fish by far. When fresh off the oven or grill, it never is dry. That's one of the reason why I don't really like sea fish, because it's so dry. Freshwater trout (although steelhead is good as well) is always juicy. And if you put some garlic on 'em with some pepper...I'm drooling just thinking about it.
