Just up from dinner for one, and the kitchen cleanup. I had been nibbling today, so opted for a nice dinner salad. It hit the spot. Iceburg, baby spinach, and arugula for the greens. Blueberries, walnuts, and crumbled Danish blue cheese for toppings, along with sliced chicken, radish, and shaved carrot. Blue cheese dressing, and a nice Chardonnay.
My regular Wednesday guests are coming Friday. It's the DO's birthday, so we'll have a small celebration.
