I agree it was nice to start with 8 tickets. I think that you have to guage the number of seeds listed with the number of really common seeds that might have no interest, along with the number of participants and the days the swap runs...and take into account the tickets people are awarded when they "sell" their seeds to a dibber...you dont want to run out of offerings before the swap ends :D

I think this worked out really well. Had you started with 3 tickets, and it was a 4 day swap, it would have been kind of disappointing IMHO
