I do the same as Val normally. I make alphabetic bags for seeds as I enter them. I also file them the way that the swap system lists them. By that, I mean like geum, the system lists some as avens so those get filed under A.
I also pull the seeds and put them in the envelopes of each player that has already been prepared daily. It just makes it easier for me
