The daylily in question looks like a hose-in-hose double to me. I think that is what Dianne means when she says it is not a traditional double.

Wish I could help on the ID. Sure seems to be a match for Pegy Jeffcoat given that it is short and the coloring looks so similar. No idea about fragrance on PJ though. Vanilla Fluff is probably to tall.
