Tonight I made crunchy cookies. literally , they were crunchy. And crispy

Do you like your cookies:
- soft
- soft with crispy edge
-firm
- hard / stale
- chewy
- crunchy
- gooey
-gooey with crispy edge

Or some texture inbetween?
