Two Hipps. bulbs, all planted the same date/ cared for exactly the same. One is all finished blooming, one remains exactly as it looked on day one when planted.

It's always amazing to me.
I started them all in a cool room with high window light. When I have a stubborn one, I move them to a warm windowsill with southern exposure sunshine all day so the sun warms the pot (bulb and root.)

We will just let it be until it makes a decision to grow!
