I've had Outrageous since 2015. It is a very reliable bloomer for me. I have it planted in a very difficult area (lots of shade, tree roots, closely spaced plants) so I'm very happy that it has done as well as it has. It is listed as a midseason bloomer but it has always bloomed late for me. It typically has 11 buds on 3-way branching. Since I have it planted under a tree the color really pops. It hasn't done much increasing but I'm not surprised because it is planted next to another daylily with much larger fans so it is shaded even more. I would definitely recommend Outrageous. I'm sure it would do much better if I moved it but it's hard to find daylilies that bloom well in that spot so it stays where it is.
